Oberst's Pet Paradise was established on July 13, 2016, when Melissa Oberst purchased Iseman's Exotic Pet Paradise from Robert Iseman. The store is located at 1703 5th Avenue Extension, Ford City, PA, 16226, at the north entrance to town on Fifth Avenue/Route 128.
Melissa manages the store with the assistance of her family and a few, diligent part-time workers. Oberst's focus is exotic pets and their needs, but we also carry treats, toys and other supplies for cats and dogs.
Melissa's Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from Waynesburg University is a critical asset to the store's success; as she shares her understanding of ecosystems and aquatics to provide the best possible care for our customer's pets.
Our small size dictates that we carry products selected for quality and value for our customers. The Oberst's team strives to make our store a destination for both learning and care for a wonderful variety of critters.
